Inquiries about the Score Report

1. How do I request additional score reports?

Additional score reports (ASR) can be ordered online, by phone, fax or mail up to five years following your test date. Note: Scores for tests taken between August 1, 2011, and October 31, 2011, will be reported beginning in November 2011. Visit www.ets.org/gre for more information.

2. After the test day, when will I receive the test scores?

For tests taken in August and September 2011, scores will be sent starting in November 2011. For tests taken October 2011 or later, scores will be sent in late November 2011. Normal 10–15 day score reporting resumes in December 2011. You can also obtain scores by phone when they are available.

You can also view your scores online free of charge when they are available at mygre.ets.org/greweb. Test takers will be required to create a My GRE profile to log in and use this service.

3. When can I select my four free score recipients?

You will need to select your four free score recipients at the test center following the completion of your test. If you do not select your recipients at this time, you will need to submit an additional score report request with the appropriate fee.

4. What should I do if my score recipient is not listed?

If an institution is not listed, ask the test center administrator for the appropriate form to indicate unlisted institutions. Complete the form and turn it in before you leave the test center. The form will not be accepted after you leave the test center.

On test day

5. Will I receive a paper confirmation letter after successfully registering for the test?

No, you will not be sent a paper confirmation letter. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address immediately after your have registered for the test. If you do not receive this email, please use your NEEA ID and PASSWORD to log in to the NEEA/GRE Online Registration website. On MY HOMEPAGE, please click the button “view orders” and then click “view and print” to print your confirmation letter.

6. What do I need to bring on test day?

Valid identification: You must present a valid National ID Card as your primary ID document. There are no exceptions to this policy.

ETS Registration Number: Your confirmation email will include your registration number. You may also access this information on the NEEA/GRE Online Registration website by logging in and clicking "view orders".

7. How do I prepare for the test?
