International Trade Practicesmainly studies the concrete process of international merchandise exchange and also is a comprehensive applied science which is related to foreign affairs and needs much practice experience.
Its main mission, from the perspective of practice and law, is to analyze and study laws and conventions applicable to international trade and practical operations in the course of international merchandise exchange. To be more specific, it sums up the practice experience at home and abroad. International Trade Practice focuses on how to coordinate the relation between parties in international trade and, on the basis of equity and mutual benefits, how to strike a deal and how to perform the promissory task of exporting and importing.
